New! For users that don't have permission to install the FTP droplets without being an administrator, we have a new solution. Our Online FTP Upload will allow you to upload up to 20 megabytes by using your web browser. You will see a progress bar and know that your upload was successful. Also if you prefer to upload your files using a browser, this is the perfect solution for compressed jobs below 20 megabytes in size.

The ftp software requires you have the flash plug in installed in your browser. This is a free download from www.adobe.com

Steps to use this new service:

• Compress your job files - (.zip for PC files) (.sit, .sitx for Mac files)
• Label your compressed file with up to 8 (characters or numbers) 12345678.zip, 12345678.sit
• Place a note inside the archive so that we can associate the files to the correct job.
• Create a new folder, label it with "Customer Name"
• Select the folder and choose upload from the menu
• After your upload is finished, send an email to files@apiprint.com and let us know that you have uploaded files
